The shadowing day provides a first-hand experience of how decisions are made within high profile roles across the sectors.
The day will also provide participants with one-to-one time with Leaders and their team, to gain an understanding of what the role includes.
The LeadHerShip shadowing opportunity will take place on a weekday in late January 2019, with a date being confirmed between the selected participants and business leaders.
