Sharing good practice and discussing experiences

A Woman’s Place in Industry has been set up to bring together leaders from the anchor companies and priority sectors for growth in Wales to work together to address gender imbalances within the industry sector, particularly within the STEM industries ( Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics ) and make the most of women’s skills.

The network provides opportunities for members to share good practice and discuss experiences. The network will also showcase a number of initiatives employers could adopt to attract, retain and progress more women in their own workplace.
