Women’s Forum

The Chwarae Teg Women’s Forum consists of women from a range of business and charitable organisations in Wales.

Established in 2009, the forum meets several times a year to discuss a range of topical issues affecting women today. Recent topics have included pensions, parental leave and the ‘ Big Society ‘. The forum’s views are then incorporated into consultation responses and policy briefings.

From the very start the focus has been on learning and development through networking. We offer opportunities for women in the public, private and third sectors to meet and learn from each other in a relaxing and supportive environment.

This Network is for you! When do we meet?

The network is aimed at those who wish to share their views on issues affecting women in the Welsh workforce or economy.

We’re currently arranging new dates, but if you’d like to get involved please get in touch with me, Christine O’Byrne, by email — christine.o’byrne@chwaraeteg.com — or call 029 2047 8900.
